Rae Kinkead to Speak at IAJ Family Law Trial Lawyers Conference
Attorney Rae Kinkead is scheduled to speak at the Iowa Association for Justice (IAJ) Criminal Defense and Family Law Trial Lawyers Conference scheduled for Sept. 9-11. She will be presenting, “Ethics: Client Communication Do’s & Don’ts” at the Family Law Virtual Seminar on Sept. 11.
Ms. Kinkead is a member at Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC where she is a family law attorney and mediator in the firm’s family law practice group. Ms. Kinkead is an experienced litigator and is well-versed in mediation and limited representation.
