Rae Kinkead is a family law attorney and mediator with Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman. Ms. Kinkead represents individuals in all aspects of domestic relations, including full-service litigation, unbundled services and mediation. She also works in appellate advocacy, challenging and defending trial court decisions in family law matters.

Ms. Kinkead graduated, summa cum laude, from Vermont Law School in 2013. She completed the American Bar Association's Family Law Trial Advocacy Program held by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in 2015. Ms. Kinkead earned the Mosten Basic Divorce Mediation Training Certificate in 2016.
