SUMMARY: Seeking a litigation attorney to join our banking and finance group. Preferred candidates will have experience assisting financial institutions through all aspects of commercial loan workouts, including any associated litigation and/or the drafting of any forbearance agreements, loan restructuring documents, and other related documentation. Candidates should be experienced in the drafting of motions, discovery, and the taking and defending of depositions. Candidates should also have the ability to work directly with lenders and other counsel with minimal supervision.
