Brandes and Kinkead to Present at Iowa Association for Justice Family Law Seminar

Attorneys Matt Brandes and Rae Kinkead will be speaking at the Iowa Association for Justice Family Law Seminar on Thursday, April 11 in Coralville. Mr. Brandes is co-presenting “Family Law Dos & Don’ts,” and Ms. Kinkead will be making her third appearance at the event, presenting on transitional alimony.

Mr. Brandes has led the firm's family law practice since 1994. He counsels and represents people in child custody, marriage dissolution and guardianship matters and is an experienced mediator, collaborative law attorney and litigator.

Rae Kinkead is a family law attorney and mediator in the firm’s family law practice group. She represents individuals in all aspects of domestic relations. Ms. Kinkead is also an experienced litigator and is well-versed in mediation and limited representation.
