Paul Morf to Present at ISU Foundation Professional Advisor Conference
The 2023 ISU Foundation Professional Advisor Conference is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 31 from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM in Ames, IA. Estate Planning Attorney, Paul Morf will be presenting “Estate Planning Update 2023: What's New, What's On the Horizon, and What Estate Planning Professionals Should Be Talking About with Their Clients in 2023 and Beyond” at the annual conference, along with attorneys and professional advisors from across the state.
Mr. Morf has led the firm’s estate planning and private wealth group since 2005 and is a founding member and president of the Iowa Academy of Trust and Estate Counsel. He counsels business owners, farmers and high-net-worth individuals on creating customized and comprehensive estate plans that preserve wealth for future generations and ensure that the client’s precise wishes are enacted. Mr. Morf creates trusts, limited liability companies, partnerships and other structures and helps clients arrange for charitable giving. He also handles trust and estate litigation, such as will contests or disputes between beneficiaries and fiduciaries.
