The attorneys and staff at Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC (SPMB) are holding their annual United Way Campaign this week. The firm is happy to be a pacesetter company and excited to support father and son attorneys, Darrel and Paul Morf, co-chairs for this year’s United Way of East Central Iowa Campaign, along with (son/brother) Andrew Morf. The firm's Campaign began on July 16th and will run through the 20th.
Darrel Morf joined Simmons Perrine in 1970. He has worked alongside Paul for almost 20 years. Together they have supported the United Way for many years, with Paul currently serving on its board of directors. As part of the Campaign, the Morf family was asked what they are fighting for as co-chairs. They have chosen to fight for “the health and welfare of our community and a brighter tomorrow.” The Morf family stated that they love working together on important projects and are looking forward to seeing positive results from the dedication and commitment they have and will continue to provide to the Campaign.
SPMB has created a week-long list of activities to fundraise for the United Way and will be working closely with the Morfs as they pursue their goals for the money raised during the Campaign as well as the increased awareness of how United Way offers their services to the community.
Volunteering at the walking taco fundraiser on Monday were (L to R:) Ben Sass, Brandy Tharp and Darrel Morf.
