Attorney Paul Morf will be presenting at the Heart of America Fellows Institute sponsored by the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) on Thursday, Nov.29. Mr. Morf will be discussing Qualified Personal Residence Trusts and Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts during the first of six days designed to educate members on estate planning topics.

Paul Morf is a member at Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC where he leads the Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning and Probate Law practice group. Mr. Morf has been with the firm for more than 20 years and is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.

The Heart of America Fellows Institute was created by ACTEC Fellows to help develop the profession’s future leaders.
