Our bankruptcy and creditors’ rights attorneys have extensive experience representing creditors’ interests in all phases of bankruptcy proceedings. We have represented creditors, lenders, trustees and committees in agricultural, business and personal bankruptcy proceedings. Our attorneys have successfully counseled operating lenders, mortgagees, suppliers and trustees in numerous Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases.
We have experience representing all phases of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights issues, including complex mortgage foreclosures, receiverships, agricultural insolvencies and commercial business reorganizations and liquidations. We also assist in pre-litigation and pre-bankruptcy workout plans.
Our bankruptcy practice includes a former in-house counsel to a major financial institution, Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy, and a former Chapter 7 Trustee. Our attorneys have authored various books and articles on bankruptcy law.
