Thomas DeBoom is a business and transactional attorney who counsels a diverse range of businesses, including development-stage companies, mature late-stage companies, multi-generational family-owned businesses, and public companies. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience, Tom counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions, ownership transitions, financing transactions, securities matters, executive compensation, equity incentive plans and strategic business planning.
