Joann Mulholland is an attorney focusing primarily on labor and employment law and business and commercial litigation.
Joann graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2014. She went on to earn her MA in Student Affairs in Higher Education (SAAHE) from Ball State University in 2016, followed by a JD from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2025. While in law school, Joann was the recipient of the ISBA Outstanding Law Student Award and Co-President of the Iowa Student Bar Association. She also served as Editor-in-Chief of the ABA Student Lawyer Magazine and contributed to several Iowa Law committees. Upon graduation, Joann was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
Joann served as a career services coordinator and adjunct faculty for the University of Northern Iowa for four years prior to law school. At this time, she also served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) by the Iowa Advocacy Board and volunteered with Iowa Legal Aid.
