Simmons Perrine PLC Participates in Cady Day of Public Service
Simmons Perrine PLC participated in this year’s Cady Day of Public Service by assembling care packages and providing a warm meal to residents at the Russell and Ann Gerdin American Cancer Society Hope Lodge in Iowa City.
Held annually in honor of the late Iowa Supreme Court Chief Justice Mark Cady, the Cady Day of Public Service encourages individuals and organizations across Iowa to give back to their communities. The event celebrates Justice Cady’s lifelong dedication to fairness, equality, and civic engagement.
The Russell and Ann Gerdin American Cancer Society Hope Lodge offers a supportive home away from home for cancer patients and their caregivers. With 28 guest rooms available at no cost, the Hope Lodge provides a comfortable, non-medical environment close to the UI Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center.
