Vetter Presents at IATEC Annual Meeting
Attorney Jacob Vetter presented at the Iowa Academy of Trust and Estate Counsel (IATEC) Annual Meeting on November 3 in Des Moines. His update included drafting buy-sell agreements in light of Connelly v. United States (8th Circuit 2023). This is Mr. Vetter’s second appearance as a presenter at this prestigious conference.
Mr. Vetter is an attorney at Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC where he has practiced in Estate Planning and Private Wealth Law since 2021. Mr. Vetter has been recognized by his peers in Great Plains Supers Lawyers Rising Starts and most recently, selected as a member of the 2023 CBJ Forty under 40 list.
IATEC is a non-profit corporation with membership limited to 250 Iowa attorneys, available by invitation only. Mr. Vetter is the most recent recipient of such invitation to join. SPMB attorney Paul Morf is founding member and president of IATEC. He served as chair of the annual meeting and participated on the Blue Ribbon Panel.
