Chad Brakhahn Elected to ISBA Board of Governors
Attorney Chad D. Brakhahn has been elected to the Iowa State Bar Association Board of Governors for District 6. Mr. Brakhahn is one of five representatives who have been elected to represent District 6, which includes Benton, Iowa, Johnson, Jones, Linn, and Tama counties.
Mr. Brakhahn is a litigation attorney practicing primarily in business and commercial litigation, medical malpractice, probate, estate and trust litigation, construction and design law and appellate advocacy. He was raised in Cedar Rapids, attended Harvard Law School and has been with Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC since 2011.
