Attorney Madeline E. Hartley Joins SPMB
Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC is pleased to welcome Madeline E. Hartley to the firm. Ms. Hartley advises clients in the areas of estate planning and private wealth, agriculture law, business transactions, tax law, commercial litigation, and real estate.
Raised in rural Iowa and from an agriculture background, she is passionate about the agriculture industry. Ms. Hartley understands the pride and investment rural Iowans pour into their operations and can assist clients in a wide range of areas including, but not limited to: Estate Planning and Taxation, Farm Leases, Land Sale Contracts, Production Contracts, Litigation, and Regulatory Compliance.
Ms. Hartley attended Iowa State University, earning her BS, Magna Cum Laude, in Agricultural Business. She earned her JD, with high honors from Drake University Law School in 2023.
