Attorneys Lynn W. Hartman and Dawn M. Gibson will present at the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Iowa Chapter’s Fourth Annual Corporate Counsel Forum on Friday, October 6. The all-day event is being offered to Eastern Iowa corporate lawyers at Elmcrest Country Club in Cedar Rapids. Ms. Hartman will present on attorney-client privilege and Ms. Gibson will be giving an immigration law update.

Ms. Hartman is a member of Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC where she represents primarily banks and other financial service providers. She serves as Chair of the firm's Banking and Finance Practice Group and is a member of firm’s Board of Directors. Ms. Hartman also serves as Vice Chair of the Banking and Finance Practice Group of the USLAW Network, Inc.
Ms. Gibson is an attorney with Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman where her practice includes immigration law, employment law, civil litigation and appeals. In regards to her immigration law work, Ms. Gibson assists private employers and educational institutions with obtaining permanent residence or temporary employment authorization for their employees and assists individuals with obtaining family-based permanent residence (“green card”). She also advises and assists with internal I-9 audits, defense of ICE investigations and other workplace compliance issues.
